If the customer does not receive the order or fails to confirm the order, any paid amounts cannot be refunded.

However, in the event of any error made by the company, or if the order received does not match the order placed by the customer, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after receiving the order. The company reserves the right to review and verify the request before processing the refund. Once the request is approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction whenever possible
